I add a tablespoon of these hemp seeds to my smoothies and protein shakes. I also use them like sesame seeds to sprinkle on salads, fish, and other meals. Shelled hempseed is packed with 33 percent pure digestible protein and is rich in iron and vitamin E as well as omega-3. Using this product is a great way to boost the nutritional value of any drink, snack or meal.
