5 out of 5 stars So good   April 24, 2008
Tooksbooks (CA United States)
These are delicious! I make them with applesauce instead of an egg, to make it vegan, and I add about 1/4 cup of sunspire chocolate chips, and everyone in my family loves them! They have a great fudgey texture. Definitely recommend!

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Freee Brownie mis is so delicious. Makes a lot and I frost them with canned chocolate frosting and add some peanut butter to it and its delicious. It is very moist.

5 out of 5 stars Unbelievably good!   November 9, 2007
Beachsaint (Marshfield, MA 02050)
Only the person with dietary restrictions needs to know that these delicious brownies are gluten free! I baked them in a mini-scone pan for a friend who has Celiac's so there were 14 perfect portions. However, I gave a some to others who simply thought they were among the best brownies they had ever consumed. (They did not know they were gluten free.) I had one warm with Vanilla Bean ice cream and was in heaven.

5 out of 5 stars best brownie mix wheat OR GF!   November 8, 2007
Kathryn Gawne (Knoxville, TN United States)
This is simply the best brownie I have ever had from a mix, gluten free or not. They are moist, fudgy, and intensely chocolatey. These would be great for people who don't bake from scratch or as a quick (albiet expensive) way to provide an incredibly tasty treat. I can make GF brownies that are a tad better (and less expensive) than these from scratch, but this mix has found a place in my kitchen just the same. It takes me about 2 minutes to mix them up, and my husband (who doesn't cook often) also feels comfortable mixing them up. I hate it when GF cookbooks proclaim that "your friends won't even know it doesn't have wheat!!!" but in the case of these brownies it's true.

5 out of 5 stars awesome brownies   October 7, 2007
Renae L.H. (wilmington, nc)
These brownies are so delicious, probably the best brownies I have ever eaten. Defintely the best brownies from a mix. I don't even have any special diet problem that these were created for, I just bought them because I like Bob products and other people's descriptions made them sound good. This mix requires more ingredients to add and more steps then store box brownies, but it is worth it. Also, the mix looked really funny when I put it in the pan to bake (too stiff, lumpy), but they still turned out tasting great.
