This is very easy to mix up, and the taste is right on with pizza dough. Have some gluten-free flour of some sort on hand (or use some extra of this mix), this is a very sticky dough starting out. I'd recommend a liberal brushing with some garlic olive oil before adding toppings (just mince some garlic and mix it into a cup of olive oil), otherwise the crust can get pretty hard on the edges.
For someone who loves pizza, but can't have wheat or gluten, this is the best thing out there.

I love this product because it is very simple to make. Most importantly, my son loves it. I like it because it is not too doughy. This is essential in my household.
