4 out of 5 stars Closest thing to "real" bread for the gluten free life   September 29, 2008
Florence Thorne
When I was introduced to this bread, the person who baked it became my angel. I've tried lots of gluten free breads over the last 10 years. This one allowed me to actually make a sandwich! A rare treat for me. Freeze two pieces at a time and pop out for toast! Awesome!

5 out of 5 stars Love it!   September 11, 2008

Best gluten free bread we've tasted. Nice texture,
good taste. We make it in a bread machine and haven't
had anything but perfect loaves!

5 out of 5 stars Finally...great GF bread!   August 30, 2008

This bread actually tastes like...bread! That is a change after the other GF breads I've tried. I'm excited to try more from this line. Now, I'll admit, the appearance of this bread is nothing like a loaf of french bread, but the texture actually is pretty close. I was a little doubtful it would taste that good due to the looks of it, but after a bite I decided that looks just aren't that important when it tastes like this!

5 out of 5 stars Makes Great Loaf of GF Bread and Pizza dough is yummy too.   July 20, 2008

My son loves this GF bread and we make Pizza from it all the time. It is now the only Pizza he will eat. My brother's kids all love this bread too. And yes, it is not quite a French Bread, but it is an excellent GF alternative to wheat bread.

I made sugar cookies from this mix. They were awesome. I got the recipe off their web site. Highly recommend! Lynne
