Add chocolate chips, blueberries, or any other muffin add-in you like, and these gluten-free muffins turn out very close to the real thing.
Excellent Gluten Free Cake Mix April 10, 2007

Besides using this to make an excellent gluten free cake, we also make cupcakes with this mix and they are outstanding. The package does not include cupcake directions, we fill the cups about 2/3rds, bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

This is not a bad cake mix. But for some reason the chocolate kind tastes alot better. Do not try to substitute any of the add in ingredients. It won't work. You must use butter.

I love most of the other Glutino products I have tried, but I have to say I was not impressed by this cake mix. The texture is pretty crumbly, and the taste is nothing to write home about. Pretty bland. Definitely better than the Arrowhead Mills yellow cake mix, though. Overall, this cake mix is not horrible, but once I use the other ones up, I won't order it again.
