I was skeptical when I first heard of this product but decided to give it a try. Amazingly, it works!! While it isn't the best chocolate cake I have ever had, for gluten free it is pretty darn good, at least good enough to satisfy a chocolate craving. This would be a great product for kids with celiac to take along to a birthday party or while traveling because all you really need is water and a microwave. Just don't make the same mistake I did and microwave the lid because it is NOT microwave safe, though the directions clearly state this.
