Favorite cereal of all, wheat and no-wheat July 6, 2008 J. Kruse (Wyoming, United States) This cereal is wonderful! It has almost everything I like in a cereal, including 1) it is delicious, 2) it fills me up (not a lot of puffy air), 3) I feel good after I eat it, 4) it's organic, and 5) it doesn't have wheat or gluten. Buying it via Amazon, it is also affordable (about $3.65/pound, compared to $4.69/10-oz box at the nearest health food store (90 miles away), which is about $7.50/pound). The ONLY thing I don't like about it is that it MAY contain peanut, and my wheat-allergic daughter is also deathly allergic to peanut. So, she can't eat it. I can and I do. She's jealous, because she started eating it and ate a couple of bites before she read where it might contain peanut, and she (picky, picky, picky eater) loved it. Please Please Please would someone at Nature's Path figure out how to eliminate the peanut? Anyway, if you're not allergic to peanut, try it. I definitely prefer this to any other cold cereal I have ever tried, period.
Delicious and nutritious June 28, 2008 Nita My personal favorite cereal. Just thin enough to be crispy, just sweet enough to be tasty, and good for you with the Omega-3 from the flax seed. Gluten free, organic, sweetened with evaporated cane juice. One of my kids balked at the tiny black specks from the flax so she mixes the Mesa Sunrise with Envirokids Panda Puffs and likes the combination.
Mesa Delight. April 28, 2008 Ronald Canfield (Livonia, Mi USA) This is a great cereal that can also be used as GF bread crumbs. I use it on fish and chicken.
great with yogurt April 11, 2008 Helen Miller (Maine) This is my favorite gluten-free cereal. I top it off with banana and goat yogurt that cuts the sweetness.
Better than Wheaties April 1, 2008 Sharon (NJ, USA) This is the only gluten free cereal I eat because it doesn't get any better than this.
