5 out of 5 stars nutritious and easy   July 13, 2008

I like this creamy wheat alternative. Cooks fast, and with a little butter and salt it is delicious. Great price. Lots cheaper than the store.

5 out of 5 stars LOVE this cereal   May 4, 2008

I love to make this cereal with Almond milk. I have many many many food allergies, so this is a great alternative to oatmeal and other hot cereals. I have also used the flakes to make a cookie recipe. It's a little lighter than oatmeal and is super fast to cook once water boils--just add a little salt, sugar, and butter, yum!

5 out of 5 stars Good for breakfast   February 15, 2008

My husband is gluten intolerant and the quinoa flakes are a fast, tasty alternative to oatmeal -- they cook in two minutes. I also use the flakes to make a yummy muffin from the recipe on the box. A nice addition to a celiac's pantry.

5 out of 5 stars A great alternative to oats   January 1, 2008

Quinoa makes a great tasting hot cereal. We have been eating it for a year or so now. It was good to get a seven pack and for a good price from Amazon.

5 out of 5 stars Very good breakfast cereal   December 18, 2007

This cereal taste very good. I put cinnamon, nutmeg and stevia in it to flavor it. I even eat it for lunch and dinner sometimes.
