I thumbed through this book and knew that it would be a dust collector on the shelf for me. The recipes used what I am guessing to be European measurements and ingredients that I have never even heard of. I quickly packaged it back up and returned it. It was a big disappointment for me. If you are looking for excellent gluten free recipe books I would highly suggest purchasing any of Bette Hagmans cookbooks.
