4 out of 5 stars very sensible   May 3, 2008

The GFCF diet may be difficult and kind of extreme but the author does a good job of simplifing it down to something not quite so overwhelming. It is packed with common sense advice to make living on the diet easier and manageable. It is written in a way as to not reproach parents for anything. I was very skeptical about our family's ability to follow this diet. This book makes me feel like not only can we do it but that it won't be all that difficult. Very helpful.
