1 out of 5 stars Only for Celiacs patients!   October 24, 2007

These are rice crackers and not very good ones. There are many other brands of rice crackers that are really moist and flavourful from Japan. If I had Celiacs disease I might consider having these around but you can't serve these to guests without a lot of explaining and some really sharp cheese. Be wary of making a 12 box commitment. Also these crackers come in a bag which means between 10%-25% are broken and they cannot be resealed which means they go flat very quickly. If you bought these and don't know what to do with them try opening the box and leaving it in the bathroom when you shower, it reduces the choking hazard. If you still can't adjust put them in a Zip-Lock and use them as packing material.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent with a full-grain taste   October 15, 2007

This is the taste I have been missing, a cracker with a full flavor. I can taste the flax and other ingredients. It is a delicious combination of flavor, and the cracker has a good texture. These could be topped with cheese, humus, or spreads.

5 out of 5 stars Wow! Best gluten free crackers around!   June 3, 2007

OK, so I've been coughing up $5 a box for these crackers and they were even worth it at that price. The box is small, you don't get a lot, and the texture is really going to be a change from any other regular cracker you've ever tried. Don't expect consistent sizes or thicknesses either. These are super crisp crackers that snap when you bite them. They have a very strong sesame flavor with an awesome black pepper bite; definately savory! These aren't water crackers or Ritz for that matter. Once you adjust to the strong flavor you won't be able to stop. Serve with a bold cheese for best results.
