I originally found these in my local grocery and absolutely love them. I agree that the pineapple taste is very subtle, but I like them anyway. They are slightly oily, but based on the ingredients (just coconut, rice syrup and pineapple), I assume that is just the natural oils from the coconut. I don't think they are mushy - they are similar to coconut macaroons. They are tasty and are also gluten and lactose free. Allergy statement says they may contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

i love the chewy sweet texture of this coconut/pinapple bar. it is great to grab and go. it is guiltless snacking.

Well, I think the title says it all. While I was aware that there would be no actual pineapple in these bars, I did expect there to be some pineapple flavoring; which there was not (at least not enough to overcome the flavor of the coconut). The ingredients are: Coconut 59%, Brown Rice Syrup 40%, and Pineapple flavor 1% (and natural color - which they are yellow!). They do not taste much different from the Oskri Coconut Bars with Almond.
The bars are good, though. I find that one fills me up for a couple of hours, and they are not overly sweet (for me - but I do have a sweet tooth). A good snack for on the go!
