really quite good, quite a few veggies--don't plan to make a MEAL of it, not substantial, but as opening course or if a protein source is added, very tasty

Vegan. All natural. Kosher. Beautiful Thai soup. Not too spicy, medium for Thai. I add organic tofu pieces and let them soak in the delicious Thai flavors. There is usually one and sometimes two bay leaves in each pouch, so consider removing them after heating (or while eating.) The other vegan Tasty Bite Indian Entrees are also delightful such as Tasty Bite Entree, Punjab Eggplant, 10-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12), Tasty Bite Entree, Bombay Potatoes, 10-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12), or Tasty Bite Entree, Bengal Lentils, 10 Ounce Packet (Pack of 12).
