THis is tasty but concentrated stuff. The instructions suggest using three packets at once...you only need one packet for the amount of pasta to feed 3 people. It doesn't make a smooth thick sauce like real alfredo, (and if you used enough of it to make such a sauce it would be too strong... although maybe you could make more with one packet by adding more water and thickening it with cornstarch? hmmm...) but does add tasty seasonings that remind you a bit of alfredo sauce. It is also good mixed in with breadstick dough. (I haven't tried yet, but I think it would be great with basil in a pesto sauce)I definately recommend it as a good item to keep in the non-dairy kitchen.
