Tinkyada makes the best gf pasta, and this is no exception. My kids weren't so sure about green pasta, but I thought it was a nice change of pace. It looks cool combined with plain pasta.

When we were told my kids were allergic to wheat, we have had to find other alternatives. This is by far even better than the regular wheat spaghetti. My entire family enjoys the "green" spaghetti, and have had many friends over, who had no idea that it is "rice" spaghetti. It's not too often that you find alternatives better than what you are used to. All the Tinkyada pastas are great!
