My son is autistic and we are giving the gluten free diet a try. Had this pasta last night with some chicken and tomato sauce. It was yummy! My son even asked if we could have it again tonight. I hope the switch to gluten free contiues to go so well. I would recommend this pasta.

We love this product. In fact we use it in preference to similar wheat products. Only caveat is that it is easy to overcook. Seven minutes is the magic number! Enjoy.

My son is allergic to wheat and core. But he is tired of eating rice. I am glad I finally found it, what a relief! He loves it and no allergic reaction. He has reaction to some other brand marked as wheat free.
